All shuttles pick up and drop off outside baggage claim.
Upon arrival, scan in with your digital loyalty card, Toll Tag, or reservation.
Our greeter will direct you to the Valet Drop off area directly to the right after you pull through the entry gates.
A Fine Valet will meet you at your vehicle, get your information, unload your bags, and have them waiting for you by the shuttle pick-up area.
Head through the lobby, grab some complimentary snacks and drinks, then hop onto the shuttle for a quick ride up to the terminal.
Upon arrival, scan in with your digital loyalty card, Toll Tag, or reservation.
Our greeter will direct you to level 2 or 3.
Once parked, head to the elevator located on the west side of the garage or take the stairs located towards the east side.
Once back on the 1st floor, follow the pathway signs to the Lobby to grab complimentary snacks and drinks before you hop onto the shuttle for a quick ride up to the terminal.
Upon your return to Houston Hobby, follow the signs to the baggage claim area.
Head out the doors and look for the signs marked ZONE 3.
Once in Zone 3, our FINE shuttles will pull into PICK-UP #8.
Hop aboard for a quick ride back to the facility!
If you parked Valet, hand the driver your Valet claim ticket or tell the driver your Valet ticket number, and we will have your car pulled around and waiting for you.
Once back at the garage, stop in our Lobby for a complimentary snack, drink, or popcorn, and grab a free Rose!
