Joining the Fine Airport Parking Premier Parker program allows you to earn rewards points each time you book directly with Fine or park at any of our Fine Airport Parking locations.
Those points can be redeemed for FREE Parking and Auto Detailing services!
How It Works
- As you pull into one of our entrance lanes, either scan your app or the tag reader will identify your vehicle and open a ticket in our system (if you have your vehicle information registered), allowing the gate to open.
- The app or tag will identify the area you parked and how long you stayed with us.
- Once you return from a trip, retrieve your vehicle as you would normally and pull up to one of our exit gates.
- As you exit, your parking fees will be charged automatically to your credit card and your loyalty points will be automatically added to your account.
- When you get home or back to the office, check your email and a receipt will be waiting for you.

How do I create an account and how long does it take before I can use it?
You can create an account at the time of your reservation at fineairportparking.com or through the Fine Airport Parking app. Set up a profile with a credit card on file, and you are ready to go. You can attach your Toll Tag number to your account for ticketless entry and exit at any Fine Airport Parking location.
How do I update my credit card?
If you are updating your credit card, you can go online at fineairportparking.com and update it yourself. Or call the Administrative Office at your Fine Airport Parking location and we will assist you. If you are traveling and happen to be on the run, you will need to call the office or stop by before you exit.
Do I have to make a reservation if I belong to the Rewards Program?
If you desire a certain area of parking at Fine Airport Parking, we suggest that you make a reservation. You are not guaranteed a space if we are full in certain areas.
How do I redeem my free days?
To redeem your free days at Fine Airport Parking, you can go online at fineairportparking.com and make a reservation before you enter the lot. If you stay longer than your points can cover, you can pay for the remainder of your stay. If you forget to make a reservation, you can redeem points in the office before you exit.
Do I need to cancel my reservation?
We ask that you call the Administrative Office of your Fine Airport Parking location to cancel your reservation. If you used points, you will need to contact the Admin Office as well.
What happens if I can't get in or off the parking lot with my parking pass?
If for some reason you can't exit a Fine Airport Parking lot, please proceed to the Administrative Office or the Valet Lobby to verify your credit card information.
What if the gate doesn't open with my contactless entry?
Scan the Loyalty Barcode on your Fine Airport Parking app. Do not pull a white ticket.
Do I need to pull a parking ticket with my Frequent Parker profile?
Scan your Loyalty Card on the Fine Airport Parking app or enter via Toll Tag. If neither works, pull a ticket and come to the Administrative Office to rectify the problem.
What happens if my flight is canceled?
If for some reason your flight is canceled, Fine Airport Parking values your time. We will cancel your parking fee and see you when you return!
Where are my points and how do I redeem them?
When you are ready to redeem your Fine Airport Parking reward points, simply ask the cashier when you check out, use the Fine Airport Parking app, or book online to use points toward your next stay. All of your points are electronically banked in our system. Through your account, you can manage points, edit your profile, and sign up for exclusive Premier Parker offers.
How many points will I earn?
For every one (1) dollar you spend at Fine Airport Parking across our DEN, HOU, IAH, and TUL locations, you will receive one (1) point. Bank your points and, when you're ready to redeem, see a cashier and choose your reward. Points cannot be redeemed for partial rewards. For example, if your point balance is 1,250 points, you may not use your points for a reward worth more than 1,250 points.
