Guests may check with their company’s Travel Management to find out if they already have an account with Fine Airport Parking, and receive a corporate code from them. Guests may also email Guest Services to check on this status. Airline and Military discounted guests may provide proof of employment or military affiliation to Guest Services.
Our shuttles run regularly to and from the airport, but please call for a pickup between the hours of 10pm and 7am!
Not at all! You can park as long as you’d like.
Redemption rates for each parking type and facility will be locked in for the calendar year and will be displayed on your member dashboard making it easier to track points and days earned.
You will be able to view how many points you need per day at your preferred location on your Premier Parker account. The amount shown will always be for the cheapest parking type.

If a Premier Parker account is inactive for 18 months, your Premier Parker points will expire. Every time you physically park with us, the 18 month clock will reset.

It’s a reward program. You earn points toward free parking and auto detail services every time you park with us using your Premier Parker account to scan in at the gate.

** You cannot redeem points for partial rewards. For example: if your point balance is 750, you may not use your points for a reward worth more than 750 points.

Our stays are billed in 24 hour increments; beginning at the time you enter the facility. We do not offer hourly or partial day rates.

Yes! While you will not be able to look up or edit your old reservation on fineairportparking.com, it is still valid, and we are still holding a spot for you! Please be sure to bring your reservation information with you the next time you park.
You won’t be able to cancel or modify a reservation already made with XXXXXXX.
You will need to make a new reservation on fineairportparking.com or the mobile app.

Our rates vary depending on availability and can change daily.
To secure the best rate, we highly recommend making a reservation in advance. By doing so, you can ensure availability and potentially take advantage of any ongoing promotions or discounts we may offer.
As our facility can fill up quickly, we may have limited spots available, resulting in higher daily rates for the last few spots.
To secure the best rate, we recommend making a reservation at least 2 weeks before your check-in date.

Once you arrive at one of our locations, if you have a reservation made with Fine Airport Parking, you will scan the QR code shown on your reservation to check-in.
If you have a reservation that was made on XXXXXXX’s website, please swipe a credit card to enter. Please make sure you remember which credit card you used to check-in with since you will need to use the same credit card at checkout. A cashier at checkout will help link your reservation to your stay.
If you are a Premier Parker member, after you login, you can either scan the QR code shown in the app or on your reservation to check-in. The QR codes are the same!
If you are not a Premier Parker member and do not have a reservation, please swipe a credit card to enter. Please make sure you remember which credit card you used to check-in with since you will need to use the same credit card at checkout.
A greeter will then direct you to an area to park in and you will park in the first available spot. A shuttle will then be shortly behind you to assist with your luggage and take you to your terminal.
If you need assistance while checking out, please make sure to checkout with a cashier.
Once you return home, via the app you will be able, track our shuttles, and see the pickup spots in our app.
For a shuttle pickup, please call the location by phone at XXX.XXX.XXXX and request a shuttle to be sent out.
Shuttles are on call from 10pm-7am.
Look for the Fine Airport Parking shuttles you rode to the airport outside the baggage gate.
