Whew after a long trip it was so good to be back home. The vans had a touch of soul and it was very comforting. To top the cake right before we left out we had the pleasure of being assisting and directing out by Jasmine, she was so nice and polite with her instructions and it made me even more happy to be back home. To add the convenience is everything. Its right in front the airport.
Nae and the staff members of Fine Parking are so helpful and pure. I always use Fine Parking and I highly recommend. My heart was first warmed when I started using Fine Parking, kind, willing to help, very interactive and I received a rose, a small and sweet gesture but such a positive impact. Unexpected but very welcoming ever since my first experience I never been any where else. I appreciate the great customer service I wish there was more I can do to such my appreciation as a Loyal customer.
I just used Fine Parking for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience due entirely to Jasmine! She was incredibly helpful and even came up to the 3rd floor to direct me to the shuttle waiting area. I will definitely be using Fine again and thank you Jasmine!
We always use Fine Airport Parking to park our cars whether at IAH or HOU! They are always on time, always very kind and helpful. The last trip we had, the driver Sidney B. gave out single roses to all the female passengers and welcomed us home. That was so very sweet and welcoming!
I had a dead battery when I returned from at trip at the HOU Fine Parking lot. Courtney W. was so helpful and sent a worker up a level to try to charge my battery. She took care of the extra cost of my balance ended up being with the overtime dealing with the dead battery. Courteous and helpful staff!
Excellent customer service from ALL staff!! Tandy was absolutely AMAZING!! She went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were comfortable and that we understood their parking terms. I will be using FINE again in the near future.
